What You'll Own
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure functions
- Build and manage a robust, active pipeline of technical talent across key skill areas
- Partner directly with clients/hiring managers to understand role requirements deeply not just work off a JD
- Conduct technical screening conversations credibly, understanding tech stacks well enough to assess fit
- Manage the full closure cycle: offer negotiation, candidate management, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain a warm, ready talent pool to enable fast turnaround on future mandates

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, ideally across a staffing, RPO, or consulting environment
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends across at least one major domain (e.g., software engineering, data, product)
- Proven closure track record on senior/niche technical mandates
- Excellent stakeholder management comfortable working directly with client hiring managers and leadership
- Self-driven; capable of owning a mandate independently without heavy oversight.
