Role Description
This is a full-time Service Engineer role based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid work model where on-site presence is required and some work from home is acceptable.



The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of 3D printers and related equipment at customer locations and company facilities. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure minimal downtime. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for parts and escalation, documenting service activities, preparing reports, and educating customers on proper operation and basic maintenance. The Service Engineer will also support demonstrations, trials, and customer training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electro-mechanical and software-driven 3D printing systems.
