Company Description
Ashayam Foundation (Reg. No: 12/2023) began in Tirupati with three volunteers driven by a shared vision to make the world better, and has grown into a network of 9 active units across major cities including Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The foundation is powered by young changemakers aged 18 to 27 who work together with compassion and purpose. Members describe Ashayam as a family and a movement rather than just an organization. The movement focuses on building a kinder, safer, and more equal world where everyone can live with dignity. Volunteers join a supportive community committed to meaningful social impact.

Role Description
The Field Volunteer role is a volunteer, in office position based in Visakhapatnam. Field Volunteers support local initiatives by participating in community outreach activities, assisting in organizing events and campaigns, and helping implement on-ground programs that align with Ashayam Foundation’s mission. Day-to-day tasks may include engaging with community members, collecting feedback and basic data,



coordinating with team leads, and providing assistance during awareness drives or distribution activities. Volunteers are expected to collaborate closely with other team members, follow organizational guidelines, and contribute to a positive, respectful environment for beneficiaries and fellow volunteers.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with community members and represent the foundation professionally.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to understand community needs, solve basic on-ground issues, and support smooth program delivery.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly, share knowledge with peers, and support basic awareness or educational sessions.
