About the Role

Tradais Digital is looking for a proactive and result-oriented LinkedIn Sales Navigator Executive to manage executive LinkedIn profiles, generate qualified B2B leads, and support client acquisition through personalized LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead generation, prospecting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the LinkedIn profiles of the CEO, CTO, and other senior leadership.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, filter, and shortlist target prospects based on industry, company size, geography, job title, revenue, and other criteria.
- Create and manage lead lists, batches, and prospect databases in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Send personalised connection requests, follow-up messages, and InMails to decision-makers.
- Track outreach campaigns and maintain lead records.




- Engage with prospects professionally and build relationships through LinkedIn.
- Handle customer interactions, understand business requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct client discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and support the complete sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports with accurate lead status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong understanding of lead filtering, list creation, prospecting, and account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
