We're Hiring: Delivery Lead — Background Job Management -SAP

This is a role for someone who has done the work and now wants to shape it. You'll lead end-to-end delivery of job management implementations for enterprise clients — and take that field knowledge straight back into our product roadmap.

What you'll own:

*Delivery & Implementation (primary focus)*

• End-to-end delivery of background job management projects across enterprise client environments

• Designing and implementing job scheduling, automation, and monitoring solutions on SAP Basis landscapes

• Leading migrations and modernization from legacy schedulers to Redwood (RunMyJobs) / Control-M

• Owning project scope, timelines, resourcing, and risk — and being the client's trusted point of escalation

• Running workshops, requirement discovery, UAT, go-live, and hypercare with client IT and operations teams

*Product Management*

• Feeding real implementation learnings into product vision, roadmap, and prioritization





• Translating recurring client challenges into reusable product capabilities and accelerators

• Partnering with engineering and UX to ship features that make the next implementation faster than the last

• Defining adoption and success metrics across the portfolio

What we're looking for:

✅ 8+ years across project delivery, implementation consulting, and/or product management

✅ Hands-on expertise in SAP Basis

✅ Strong implementation experience with Redwood (RunMyJobs), Control-M
, or comparable workload automation platforms

✅ Proven management skills — leading delivery teams, cross-functional squads, and senior client stakeholders

✅ Comfortable owning commercial and delivery outcomes, not just requirements

✅ Excellent communicator who moves easily between technical detail and executive conversation

✅ Bonus: SAP S/4HANA migrations, cloud job orchestration, SLA-driven operations, multi-region rollouts
