Founder's Office Associate | Rare Club

At Rare Club, we're building one of India's most exciting creator-led travel and lifestyle platforms. We work at the intersection of creators, brands, hospitality, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences.

We're looking for a Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founder and help drive high-impact projects across strategy, partnerships, operations, marketing, and business growth.

This isn't an Executive Assistant role. It's an opportunity to become the Founder's right hand and gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a fast-growing company.

What You'll Do:
- Drive strategic and cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and business planning.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and reports for brands and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Track business KPIs and help improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in partnership discussions,



new business initiatives and special projects.
- Own founder priorities and ensure key initiatives move forward without constant follow-ups.
- We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1–4 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, venture capital or a Founder's Office role.
- Is highly organised, analytical and execution-oriented.
- Communicates exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Learns quickly and enjoys solving recent problems every day.
- Is proficient with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Notion and AI tools like ChatGPT.
