Role Description
The Customer Care and Dispatcher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the delivery process. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating vehicle dispatch, scheduling pickups and deliveries,



and communicating with drivers and warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations. The individual will log and monitor orders, update systems with status changes, and proactively address delays or issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service commitments and performance targets.

Qualifications
