Role Description
The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. This role involves greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.



The individual will oversee reception duties such as maintaining visitor logs, coordinating reservations or appointments, and directing guests to appropriate departments or contacts. Daily responsibilities also include managing front desk correspondence, supporting basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate information and a positive first impression to all visitors and callers.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Receptionist Duties and Reservations skills for managing front desk operations and appointment scheduling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to assist visitors and callers effectively and professionally.
