Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester with strong expertise in validating data integration, data migration, and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL testing, SQL, data validation, and test automation while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across source and target systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute ETL test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Validate ETL workflows, data transformations, and data migration processes.
- Perform source-to-target data validation using SQL queries.
- Verify data integrity, completeness, accuracy, and consistency across databases.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing for ETL applications.
- Analyze business requirements and mapping documents to prepare test scenarios.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.




- Collaborate with ETL developers, business analysts, and data engineers to resolve issues.
- Validate data warehouse (DWH) and reporting solutions.
- Participate in UAT support and production validation activities.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and quality processes.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data validation.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or Ab Initio.
- Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Teradata.
- Experience in validating source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
