Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Technical Sales Service role based in Kochi, focused on civil engineering applications and products.



The role involves engaging with customers and project stakeholders to understand technical requirements, recommend Birla White products, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, offering application guidance for white cement and surface finishing systems, delivering product demonstrations and presentations, and resolving technical queries. The position also requires maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting sales targets through solution-oriented selling, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and documenting customer feedback and market trends to support continuous improvement. The successful candidate will represent Birla White’s technical expertise and brand values in the field.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, present solutions, and support revenue growth in civil and construction projects
