Corporate Event Sales Executive

Silver Monk Events is hiring someone who can pick up the phone, speak to corporate decision-makers, introduce our company properly, fix meetings, and help bring event work from companies.

This is not a passive office role.
This is not a data-entry job.
This is not “just calling.”

This role is for someone who wants to learn real B2B sales in the corporate events industry.

We work with companies for corporate events, dealer meets, employee engagement events, annual days, conferences, gifting, product launches, CXO meetings, venue coordination, stage, sound, light, decor, artists, and end-to-end event execution.

Your work will be simple to understand but serious to execute:

Find the right companies.
Find the right person.
Call them.
Introduce Silver Monk Events.
Understand if they have any upcoming event requirement.
Send our profile.
Follow up properly.
Fix meetings.
Help move the client toward proposal and closure.

What You Will Do

You will call corporate companies and connect with HR, Admin,



Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Business teams.

You will introduce Silver Monk Events professionally and explain how we help companies plan and execute corporate events, employee engagement programs, dealer meets, conferences, gifting, and brand experiences.

You will identify the right decision-maker inside each company.

You will maintain a proper lead tracker with company name, contact person, designation, phone number, email ID, requirement, follow-up date, and next action.

You will follow up with warm leads and make sure no good prospect is missed.

You will help fix meetings for the senior team.

You will collect basic event requirements such as event date, location, guest count, event type, budget idea, venue preference, and decision-maker details.

You will coordinate internally when a client asks for a proposal, quotation, or meeting.
