Role overview

We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive
Application Management Engineer
to oversee the stability and performance of our
Instant Payment System
. The role is focused on
investigating issues, identifying root causes, and ensuring smooth operations
in a complex multi-system setting. You will act as the first line of deep analysis, ensuring incidents are properly triaged, understood, and escalated with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and support an
Instant Payment System
across development, test,



and production environments.
- Act as a point of escalation for Production related incidents, perform troubleshooting and investigate root cause analysis.
- Perform root cause analysis using observability tools, log analysis, and reverse engineering when needed.
- Participate in On-Call shifts on a rota basis (24/7) and ensure support for Production critical incidents
- Support with release preparation activities, including PRs and branch preparation, configuration management and validations, in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to improve application stability and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize the application lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation for processes, system configurations, and application support guidelines.
- Continuously improve monitoring, detection, and analysis process
