About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Staffing and Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our staffing services. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in lead generation, client outreach, and B2B sales who are eager to grow their careers in the recruitment and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, job portals, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for staffing and recruitment services.

Research target companies, key decision-makers, and hiring trends.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.





Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and workforce needs.

Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Sales & Business Development

Promote staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions to potential clients.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development materials.

Negotiate commercial terms and support contract discussions.

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Market Research & Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Identify new business segments and potential areas for expansion.

Gather client feedback and market intelligence to improve service offerings.
