Job Summary

Chandrani Pearls Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented CFO to join its Corporate Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in GST, TDS, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Statutory Compliance, Financial Reporting, and Corporate Accounting. The role requires managing end-to-end finance operations while ensuring complete compliance with all applicable financial and statutory regulations.

- Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, audits, and assessments.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, SEBI, and other statutory regulations.




- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and regulatory compliances.
- Support management with financial analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best accounting practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
