Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute all civil works for the industrial project as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Plan daily site activities, allocate manpower, materials, and machinery to ensure smooth project progress.

Interpret engineering drawings (structural, architectural & services) and ensure accurate site implementation.

Monitor construction activities such as foundations, RCC works, industrial flooring, structure erection, roads, drains, and finishing works.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely completion of milestones.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, DPRs, MPRs, and maintain site documentation.

Conduct quality checks on materials, workmanship, and ensure compliance with IS codes and industrial standards.

Assist in BOQ verification, material reconciliation,



and quantity measurement.

Resolve site issues, ensure timely technical support, and handle client/PMC inspections.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality management systems.

Support planning, billing, and procurement teams with site requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of industrial construction (factory buildings, utilities, PEB, RCC structures).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic knowledge of project management tools.

Positive understanding of IS codes, QA/QC practices, and safety standards.

Excellent communication, site coordination, and team-management skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple site activities.
