We are seeking a highly skilled BlueCrest ADF Workflow Engineer to design and implement scalable document processing workflows and data pipelines integrating BlueCrest print/mail systems with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and modern cloud services.

This role will focus on high-volume batch processing, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations, ensuring seamless movement of data from upstream systems into print and digital communication channels.Must Have Skills:• Solid experience with BlueCrest ADF (Automated Document Factory)
- Hands-on knowledge of print stream formats
- Building data integrations

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Data Pipeline Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) /Logicapps pipelines for document data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.

Build and optimize workflows to support high-volume document generation and distribution.

Implement end-to-end orchestration of batch workflows across enterprise systems and BlueCrest platforms.

BlueCrest Integration

Integrate ADF pipelines with BlueCrest (Pitney Bowes)



print and mail processing systems.

Enable automation of print file generation, job scheduling, and output routing.

Support document batching, sorting, and postal optimization workflows.

Azure Integration & Architecture

Develop integrations using:

Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Azure Blob Storage / Data Lake

Azure Functions / Logic Apps

Implement data movement and transformation frameworks using structured/unstructured data (XML, JSON, CSV).

Support integration with upstream systems (ERP, CRM, core platforms).

Performance Optimization & Reliability

Optimize workflows for large-scale batch processing performance and throughput.

Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and failure recovery strategies.

Monitor pipeline performance and ensure SLA compliance.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure workflows adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Support audit requirements and doc
