Mentry provides technical training solutions to colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations. We are currently hiring Java & SQL Trainers for upcoming classroom training program in Sivakasi.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions to students and professionals.
- Conduct classroom or online training as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, coding exercises, and practical demonstrations.
- Help participants understand concepts through hands-on examples.
- Coordinate with the Mentry team regarding training schedules and assignments.
- Maintain professional communication and punctuality.

Requirements
- Solid hands-on expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java,



and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience in teaching Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and File Handling.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL, including DDL, DML, DCL, TCL, Joins, Subqueries, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Transactions.
- Good understanding of database design, normalization, ER diagrams, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with Git & GitHub, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and MySQL Workbench.
- Ability to conduct practical, coding-based sessions with real-world examples and database-driven applications.
- Previous training or teaching experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare training materials, coding exercises, assessments, and assignments.
