Hiring: Personality Development cum Spoken English Trainer
Organization: World College of Technology and Management (WCTM)
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 5–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct spoken English and communication skills sessions
* Train students in personality development, interview skills, body language, and grooming
* Organize group discussions, debates, role plays, and mock interviews
* Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
* Support the Training & Placement team in pre-placement preparation
Requirements:
* 5–6 years of experience as a Soft Skills, Spoken English, or Personality Development Trainer (preferably in colleges/institutes)
* Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
* Robust presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, Psychology, or a related field
