Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive

Maie Fashion is looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to manage our digital presence and online sales channels. You will reflect three major responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)
- E-Commerce & Shopify Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing
- Plan and execute the monthly content calendar across Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the social media agency to ensure timely creation and publishing of high-quality content.
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for campaigns and product promotions.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with fashion, social media, and digital marketing trends to suggest current content ideas and campaign opportunities.

2. Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)




- Coordinate Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns with internal teams or external agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Work with the agency to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation, website traffic, and online sales.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare periodic performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure marketing spends deliver measurable business results.

3. E-Commerce & Website Management
- Manage and maintain the Shopify website on a day-to-day basis.
- Upload new products with accurate descriptions, optimized titles, pricing, images, and collections.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment, returns, and inventory updates.
- Respond to customer enquiries related to products, orders, and website purchases.
