A Corporate Relationship Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients . Working with individuals or businesses, the CRE ensures satisfaction, identifies growth opportunities, and helps deliver value through effective communication, problem-solving, and service coordination. Key Responsibilities

Build and manage long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction

Understand client needs, preferences, and goals

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalation

Conduct business reviews, prepare reports, and present performance summaries

Monitor client feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores to identify improvement areas

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Develop and implement client engagement strategies and account plans

Prepare and present business proposals and product recommendations based on client requirements





Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or client servicing (1-3 years)

Robust communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities

Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate across departments
