Job Position: Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing and social media strategies aligned with client and brand objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, including negotiations, briefs, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- Collaborate with creative, account management, strategy, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and creator landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance, analyse insights, measure ROI, and prepare performance reports.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and campaign reconciliation.

Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organisational abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced workplace.
