Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, analytical, and execution-driven Quick Commerce professional to own and grow Zavya's business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and upcoming Q-Commerce channels.

This is not a narrow operations role. The person will be responsible for driving business growth through SKU selection, forecasting, replenishment coordination, platform hygiene, ads, new launches, category expansion, and channel onboarding.

Since Q-Commerce works with limited, sharp assortment depth,



this role requires solid judgement on what to push, when to replenish, where to scale, and how to improve visibility and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities

1. Q-Commerce Channel Growth Ownership
- Own day-to-day business growth and execution across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick commerce platforms.
- Drive sales growth, availability, visibility, and sell-through across current live channels.
- Identify gaps in platform performance and convert them into clear action plans.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase the contribution of Q-Commerce to overall brand revenue.

2. Assortment, SKU Planning & Forecasting
- Build and maintain a sharp Q-Commerce assortment based on platform fit, price point, category demand, and sell-through trends.
- Forecast demand for limited SKUs and ensure the right replenishment inputs are shared with supply chain and planning teams.
