Job Description – Learning & Development (L&D;) HR (Hospital )

Position: Learning & Development Executive/Manager – HR
Location: Mumbai, Pune
Experience: 4–8 Years (Hospital experience Must)
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, Hospital Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and prepare the annual training calendar.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct induction, technical, behavioral, and mandatory training programs.
- Coordinate with HODs and external trainers for clinical and non-clinical training.
- Maintain training records, attendance, competency assessments, and compliance reports.
- Support NABH/JCI training requirements and documentation.




- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement, leadership development, and skill enhancement programs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory training requirements.

Key Skills
- Solid knowledge of Learning & Development and training management.
- Experience with NABH/JCI standards and hospital operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
