Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets through effective hunting strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans to penetrate recent markets, expand existing customer relationships, and increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, marketing initiatives,



and customer success programs

GROWTH PATH
Sustain 7L/month revenue for 2 quarters (including one hard quarter navigated successfully), and run a team, and clear the skill bar to move up to Zonal Head (L4).

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Field Sales with a focus on Large Accounts or Regional Sales Management.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful hunting strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, including solution selling techniques and account planning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives at major corporations.
