Role Description
The E-commerce Lead will oversee end-to-end online business operations, including managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves tracking and analyzing sales performance, optimizing customer journeys, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to drive revenue and improve conversion rates.



The E-commerce Lead will manage online customer communication, ensure timely responses to inquiries, and maintain high standards of service across all digital channels. Responsibilities also include implementing data-driven strategies, monitoring competitor activity, and recommending enhancements to the website and online booking flows. The role requires hands-on execution, regular reporting, and continuous improvement of the overall e-commerce experience for Oliva’s clients.
