Accounts Executive (Pre-Opening Resort)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and dependable
Accounts Executive
to join the pre-opening team of our upcoming premium nature resort. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing the finance and accounting function, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the property from day one.

Please Note:
This is an on-site role based in Dodamarg. Candidates should be able to commute to the resort independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and tax-related documentation.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and accounts payable.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain inventory accounting and support procurement-related documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, MIS reports,



and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely bookkeeping and proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support the finance function during the pre-opening phase by helping establish efficient systems and processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort accounting.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- High standards of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
