Pre- Requisites:
- Knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ERP/HRMS preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various consultants, job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
2.HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Update and manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll processing.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Address basic employee queries and grievances with a positive attitude.
- Support internal communication initiatives and maintain a healthy work culture.
4.Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Track employee performance evaluation schedules and follow-up actions.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Preparing ISO related training & other records in time.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of compliance reports.
- Attending Labour audits & closing the points raised by auditor
- Attending ISO Audits
