HRBP & Organization Development Lead

Purpose of the Role

The HRBP & Organization Development Lead partners with business and plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals. The role drives organizational effectiveness through performance management, learning & development, talent management, organization development, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and plant leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, KPI alignment, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement plans.
- Design and implement Learning & Development initiatives by identifying capability gaps, creating training calendars, coordinating learning programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Drive Organization Development initiatives including organization design, competency framework development, job evaluation, workforce planning,



role clarity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead Talent Management processes such as succession planning, talent reviews, career development, leadership pipeline development, and high-potential employee identification.
- Coach and support managers on leadership capability, employee development, performance management, and change management.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Industrial Relations teams to ensure seamless HR delivery.
- Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives across business functions.
- Develop HR dashboards and leverage people analytics to monitor workforce performance, engagement, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.
- Strengthen HR governance by improving HR policies, processes, compliance, HR systems, and operational excellence.
