Client is looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in
Snowflake, Snowpark, Python, and SQL
. The candidate will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, stored procedures, and cloud-based data solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and Python.
- Develop and optimize Snowpark solutions.
- Build SQL and Python stored procedures.
- Perform Snowflake data modelling and performance tuning.
- Integrate data from AWS S3, SFTP, APIs, and flat files.
- Troubleshoot data quality, pipeline, and performance issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain artifacts in Jira and Confluence.
- Follow data governance, security, and compliance practices.
Mandatory Skills :
- 8–15 years of Data Engineering or Data Warehousing experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in Snowflake.
- Practical experience with Snowpark.
- Advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Experience developing SQL and Python stored procedures.
- Strong ETL/ELT and data integration experience.
- Data modelling and Snowflake performance optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
