Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the development, integration, implementation, and support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have SAP knowledge, hands-on experience in enterprise system integrations, backend application architecture, and the ability to manage functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Management
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in agile method.
- Budgeting, and coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to deliver business solutions.




- Drive Agile project execution and continuous process improvements.

Enterprise Integration
- Design and manage integrations between SAP and Inhouse/external systems.
- Develop and review API-based integrations.
- Coordinate with middleware and integration teams for seamless connectivity.

Application Development
- Provide technical guidance for backend / front end application development team.
- Review application architecture and ensure to maintain the best practices.
- Support system performance optimization, scalability, and security.
- Participate in solution design and technical decision-making.
- Review code for final deployment.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in PHP backend development.
- Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other PHP frameworks with front end Flutter integration.
