Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Area Manager – Sales
to drive business growth for solar rooftop component kit products. The role will be responsible for expanding and managing the dealer and distributor network, driving sales through channel partners, conducting extensive market visits, managing collections, and providing market intelligence to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer/distributor network across the assigned territory.
- Manage and improve the productivity of existing channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain robust engagement with dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, installers, electricians, and other market influencers.
- Achieve sales revenue and volume targets for solar rooftop kit products.




- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Provide product training and basic technical awareness on solar rooftop kits and inverters.
- Track competitor brands, pricing, schemes, warranty terms, and product positioning.
- Monitor market developments, including policy changes, net metering, subsidies, and DISCOM regulations.
- Coordinate with internal service, logistics, and technical teams to resolve dealer and product-related issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and distributors and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Maintain credit discipline across the channel network.
- Plan and execute dealer meets, roadshows, product launches, technical seminars, and other dealer engagement activities.
- Conduct local promotional activities to improve brand visibility and business generation.
- Maintain regular updates and accurate information in the Sales CRM
