Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), email campaigns, websites, and digital ads.
- Brand Identity: Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all internal and external channels and marketing touchpoints.
- Print & Marketing Collateral: Produce high-quality print designs including brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, and event materials.
- Team-oriented Design: Work with product managers, content creators, and marketing leads to deliver creative solutions on deadline.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, source files, and brand guidelines.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software, and emerging technology tools.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Design,



or equivalent practical experience (1–3+ years).
- Portfolio: A strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual communication.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with UI/UX & prototyping tools (Figma or Canva) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, image editing, and layout design.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for visual composition, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
