Job Summary

SAY Rooms & Homes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with strong exposure to the North-East and East India hospitality markets. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of proven experience in hotel sales and marketing, with in-depth knowledge of room sales, bookings, itineraries, destination management, and corporate/banquet business. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of achieving individual targets, guiding teams, building strong TA relationships, and performing effectively in a high-pressure, field-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive room, property, and inventory sales across SAY Rooms & Homes portfolio in the North-East and East regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Travel Agents (TAs), tour operators, corporates, and local partners in the assigned regions.
- Manage bookings, itineraries, and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle banquet bookings, MICE, and occasional corporate events, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities, destinations,



and properties to expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and property visits to strengthen business relationships.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work under pressure to meet aggressive targets and timelines while maintaining service quality.
