Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operations of multiple retail stores and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
- Drive monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all assigned stores.
- Ensure excellent customer experience for both walk-in customers and home delivery customers.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and complaint resolution.
- Analyze store-wise sales performance and implement action plans to improve business.
- Ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, and minimum stock loss.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs including sales, footfall, conversion, average basket value, and home delivery performance.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Store Managers, Store In-Charges, and frontline teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory compliance, hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing,



and Finance teams to ensure seamless store operations.
- Identify business opportunities to increase customer acquisition, repeat business, and store productivity.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly business performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing multiple retail stores.
- Robust knowledge of supermarket or grocery retail operations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Experience in handling both offline retail operations and home delivery operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and retail MIS reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned stores.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
