HT (Hair Transplant) Manager – Dadu Medical Centre Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Vasant Vihar, Recent Delhi

Dadu Medical Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HT (Hair Transplant) Manager from the hair transplant, dermatology, or aesthetic healthcare industry to lead operations, patient coordination, and team management at our Vasant Vihar clinic.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hair Transplant department.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, counsellors, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and deliver an excellent patient experience.
- Supervise OT scheduling, procedure planning, and post-procedure coordination.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain records, reports, and department productivity.
- Ensure hygiene, quality standards, and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Work closely with management to achieve departmental targets.

Requirements




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HT Manager or Clinic Manager in the hair transplant/aesthetic/dermatology industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of hair transplant procedures and clinic operations.
- Ability to handle patients professionally and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary

₹50,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per month (Based on experience)

Working Details
- Working Hours: 9-hour shift
- All Sundays are working
- Weekly off on weekdays (as per roster)
