We are looking for a proactive, technically sound, and disciplined Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works while ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution
- Supervise daily execution of false ceiling, drywall partition, acoustic, and related interior works.
- Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate site activities to achieve daily and weekly targets.

Labour Management
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Allocate manpower efficiently based on project priorities.




- Monitor labour productivity and maintain discipline at site.
- Verify labour attendance and work output.

Quality Control
- Ensure workmanship meets Almond Wall and Ceilings' quality standards.
- Inspect materials before installation.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
- Minimize material wastage through proper supervision.

Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Clients, and Main Contractors.
- Attend site meetings whenever required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between civil, MEP, HVAC, and interior works.

Material Management
- Monitor site material consumption.
- Raise timely material requisitions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Prevent theft, damage, and unnecessary wastage.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports.
- Record manpower deployment and work completed.
