Role Description
The Reporter role at Cruise Line Recruitment is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Reporter will research, gather, and verify information to produce clear and engaging news and feature stories related to cruise careers, maritime employment trends, and candidate experiences. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, attending events, collaborating with recruitment and marketing teams, and developing multimedia content such as articles, photos, and short video segments for digital platforms. The Reporter will maintain consistent coverage of relevant industry developments, ensure accuracy and fairness in reporting, and follow editorial guidelines and deadlines. This role requires proactive story generation, strong communication with internal stakeholders, and the ability to present information in ways that appeal to potential applicants and partners.

Qualifications
- Strong reporting skills,



including information gathering, verification, and story development.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
- Experience in news writing, with an understanding of journalistic standards and ethics.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools and formats, such as basic photo, audio, or video content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in reporting, media, or content creation is an advantage.
