We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Experience in the uPVC and aluminum doors and windows industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and builders.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate qualified leads for uPVC and aluminum doors and windows.
- Explain product features, advantages, and available services.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM or Excel database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
