Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and communicative Junior Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Coimbatore for a period of six months. Your primary focus will be the initial stages of the hiring funnel: identifying potential candidates, conducting first-round screening calls, and coordinating interview schedules for qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit based on specific job requirements.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule further interview rounds between matched candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential profiles through online channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other skilled networks.

Pipeline Management:



Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database (ATS) to track progress from initial contact to interview.

Communication: Act as the first point of contact for applicants, providing them with timely updates and a positive experience throughout the process.

Requirements & Skills

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if required) to effectively engage with candidates.

Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple candidate calendars simultaneously.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and a basic understanding of recruitment platforms or ATS.

Attributes: High energy, detail-oriented, and a proactive "self-starter" attitude.
