Position: Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor all construction activities from foundation to project completion.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor RCC, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and external development works.
- Review BOQs, contractor bills, material consumption, and project costs.
- Prepare project schedules, weekly progress reports, and management updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.




- Resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Maintain effective coordination between all stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10 - 12 years of experience in commercial building construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, BOQs, billing, quality control, and project planning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
