We are looking for a highly organized Talent Operations & Management Head to help establish professional recruitment, interview, onboarding, and people management systems from the foundation stage.

This is a Volunteer Founding Team opportunity.

During Oryxon's foundation stage, team members contribute their skills while gaining practical leadership experience, helping shape the organization from the beginning.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct structured meetings with shortlisted candidates.
- Lead interview discussions.
- Evaluate candidate suitability.
- Prepare detailed candidate assessment reports.
- Coordinate onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads.
- Support internal communication.
- Build professional people-management systems.
- Track member performance.
- Recommend promotions and leadership development.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder, department heads, and recruitment.
