About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Creative Lead who can take ownership of our creative operations while leading a cross-functional team. This role requires someone who can manage people, oversee social media execution, coordinate creative production, and ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers,
and Social Media Executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular meetings to understand requirements, present creative ideas, gather feedback, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Own end-to-end project execution by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Provide creative direction to the team, review creatives before client delivery, and ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise photoshoots, video shoots, and content production, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final delivery.
- Manage creative planning, content calendars, campaign execution, and workflow allocation across multiple client accounts.
- Handle client escalations and internal team grievances proactively,
