We are looking for an energetic HR Professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR activities for our growing inside sales team. Since we are scaling our inbound telecom sales and cross-selling teams (hiring freshers and experienced agents), your primary focus will be high-volume sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent quickly.Key Responsibilities
- Volume Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume inbound tele-sales, cross-selling, and customer support roles.
- Hiring Channels: Utilize job portals like Indeed, social media, and local consultancies to maintain a steady pipeline of freshers and experienced candidates.
- Onboarding & Induction: Conduct company orientation, manage documentation, and smoothly transition current hires into their training phase.
- Employee Engagement: Address employee grievances, manage basic workplace queries, and organize engagement activities to reduce agent attrition.
- Attendance & Payroll Support: Track daily attendance, log leaves,



and assist management with preparing monthly data for incentive and salary payouts.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience working as an HR Recruiter or HR Generalist, ideally within a BPO, call center, or fast-paced sales environment.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven expertise in navigating Indeed.com and other major job portals to close open positions efficiently.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to evaluate candidate fitment during initial screening calls.
- Multi-tasking: Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume hiring pipelines while handling administrative tasks.
- Education: MBA in HR, Graduate in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree.
