Role Description
The Vice Principal is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Varanasi, responsible for supporting the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the school. The role includes overseeing day-to-day school operations,



ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The Vice Principal will guide and mentor faculty, supervise student discipline and welfare, and coordinate extracurricular and co-curricular activities that align with the institution’s vision. This position also involves engaging with parents and guardians, monitoring performance outcomes, supporting staff development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and board guidelines.
