R K Engineering Works, an ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified manufacturer of lifts, cranes, hoists and escalators, is hiring Escalator Installation & Erection Engineers for escalator and travelator erection, alignment and commissioning at project sites across India.
Key responsibilities:
- Site survey, marking and readiness check as per GA drawing
- Escalator truss handling, positioning, leveling and anchoring
- Step chain, handrail, drive unit and controller assembly and alignment
- Mechanical and electrical connection coordination
- Load, safety and functional testing before commissioning
- Site reporting, material reconciliation and client handover
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 5 years in escalator / elevator / lift installation (robust diploma freshers may apply for trainee grade)
- Ability to read GA and wiring drawings
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites
- Knowledge of escalator safety practice preferred
Base location: Jaipur (VKI Area) with pan-India site deployment.
