About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead enterprise sales and drive new business growth for a rapid-growing Healthcare SaaS organization. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record of selling enterprise healthcare software solutions to hospitals, healthcare providers and healthcare enterprises.

The successful candidate will own regional revenue, build strategic customer relationships, and lead complex enterprise sales cycles while consistently exceeding business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth through new logo acquisition and enterprise sales.
- Own the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, hospital administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound hunting and strategic account penetration.




- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value enterprise software deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to accelerate growth.
- Forecast revenue accurately and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

***Mandatory Requirements***
- 10 - 18 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Must have experience selling B2B SaaS products.
- Must have sold Healthcare Software / Healthcare SaaS solutions (such as Hospital Information Systems, EMR/EHR, Practice Management Software, Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare Analytics, Digital Health, Telemedicine Platforms, Clinical Workflow Solutions, Population Health, or Healthcare AI).
