Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Store Manager role based in Jaipur. The Jewellery Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales floor management, and visual merchandising to ensure an appealing and organized display of products. Responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, implementing retail loss prevention procedures,



and ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. The role involves guiding the sales team to meet targets, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards. The manager will also prepare sales reports, support promotional activities, and collaborate with senior management to improve store performance.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, sales oversight, and daily operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and minimize shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury products.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
