Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive leads and enrollments for iProledge’s programs. The role involves managing campaign budgets, tracking key metrics,



and using analytics tools to measure performance and improve return on investment. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with content and design teams, conducting A/B tests, refining targeting strategies, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders. The executive will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and recommend new strategies to enhance brand visibility and student acquisition.

Qualifications
- Strong performance and digital marketing skills, including campaign planning, paid search, social media advertising, and lead generation.
- Experience with analytics and optimization tools, such as Google Analytics, ad managers, A/B testing platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging, landing pages, and funnels for better conversion.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, audience segmentation, and funnel
