Hiring: HR Business Partner (B2B SaaS, Keka) Location: Gurugram

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders, drive people initiatives, and manage the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in a B2B SaaS product company and hands-on expertise with Keka HRMS.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and managers as the primary HR contact.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, engagement, and exits.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR data and metrics such as attrition, engagement, and headcount to provide actionable insights.




- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Manage HR operations and compliance using Keka HRMS (or similar HRMS platforms).
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring plans.
- Coach and support managers on people management and performance conversations.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with business partnering exposure.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS Product Company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the complete employee lifecycle and performance management frameworks.
- Experience in employee relations and handling sensitive workplace situations.
- Solid HR reporting and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
