Prospect for the Position of Desktop Support Engineer
- Designation (Role): Desktop Support Engineer
- Department (Functional Area): Information Technology (IT)
- Reporting To: IHOD
- Company/Working Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
- Salary:



2.5 to 4.5 LPA (depending on experience)
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or equivalent
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and system access.
- Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security compliance.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and warranty support.
- Provide technical support during onboarding and offbo
